    Free standard shipping within Australia.
    Express shipping: 15 AUD. 

    Each order is carefully prepared and usually dispatched within 2 business days, excluding pre-orders. During busy periods, please allow 2-4 business days for dispatch.

    International Delivery (Temporary Update)

    International orders are temporarily paused on our website.

    Due to increasing international shipping constraints and rising operational costs, we’ve chosen to temporarily suspend direct international shipping in order to preserve the integrity and sustainability of our work.

  • RETURNS

    Australia — Complimentary Returns

    We’re pleased to now offer complimentary returns within Australia, within 15 days of purchase.

    Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

    If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us by email and we’ll provide the next steps.
    Once the item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

    Earrings are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
    Certain promotional items may also be excluded from returns.
